I am a passionate chef with 15 years of international experience. Since childhood I have been a fan of Japanese culture and gastronomy, especially the art of ramen making. I started my gastronomic journey in Germany, continued in England and perfected it in Japan, where I took ramen courses to deepen my knowledge.Now, through the Kuktaparty Chef Academy, I would like to share with you all that I have learned about the magic of Japanese cuisine!
