In this workshop, you will learn one of the most beautiful basics of Italian cuisine, the to the world of fresh pasta<\/strong> we reach back.<\/p>\n

We'll learn how to make classic homemade pasta, what flour to use when and the secrets of the perfect consistency. You will learn not only technique but also the Italian kitchen approach: simple ingredients, pure flavours, maximum enjoyment.<\/p>\n

During the course 3 types of fresh pasta<\/strong> we'll learn how to make a basic sauce, and finish the evening with a light, fresh dessert.<\/p>\n

  • Pici al Cacio e Pepe<\/strong>
    \nIt's a classic. Hand-formed, thick spaghetti with creamy pecorino cheese sauce. Learn how to make the sauce silky and lump-free.<\/li>\n
  • Lasagne al verdure<\/strong>
    \nVegetable lasagne, proving that lasagne can be rich and full of flavour without meat. We will also look at perfect b\u00e9chamel sauce<\/strong> preparing and layering.<\/li>\n
  • Gnocchi al Pomodoro<\/strong>
    \nSoft, potato gnocchi in fresh tomato sauce with crispy ham chips. We talk about the texture of gnocchi and the most common mistakes.<\/li>\n
  • Crema di Ricotta al Limone<\/strong>
    \nA light, citrusy ricotta creamy glass dessert that is the perfect ending to a pasta dinner - fresh, not too sweet, yet creamy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
