Event management and payment conditions
We provide all the necessary equipment and raw materials for cooking, with special attention to the quality and freshness. The programmes take approximately 4 hours.
When ordering 50% of the total amount as an advance which can be paid by bank transfer or cash. The deposit must be received in our account to finalise the date. Please send us your exact billing details (name, address, tax number). The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event by cash or 8-day bank transfer.
Amendments and cancellation
A change of number or date, or cancellations will be accepted no later than 5 working days before the event. If cancellation is made after this date, the deposit will not be refunded. It is of the utmost importance to us that good atmosphere and customer satisfaction!

Will the venue have a winter Christmas feel?
In November, a real autumn-winter atmosphere welcomes visitors. In December, we welcome our guests with tasteful Christmas decorations and pleasant soft music.
Are you preparing a special Christmas menu?
Yes, during December we have a seasonal menu for you to choose from our selection. You can choose from three, four or five courses from the menu listed in our offer, but of course we will help you to choose the menu that best suits you.
What are the payment options?
A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be requested at the time of ordering before the event. Payment by bank transfer or cash The balance is due 8 days after the event by bank transfer or cash on the spot. The date can be finalised once the deposit has been received in our account. The method of payment must be agreed in advance.
What parking facilities are available?
On-street parking is possible in the public area for a fee (parking zone 1142).Parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. There is excellent public transport access.
From Zugló train station 5 minutes 500 meters.
Electricity: The tram 1 stops are the closest.
Bus: The following buses also stop nearby: 7, 7E, 8E, 110, 112, 133E, 72, 75, and the night buses 907 and 918 also stop here.
Metro: The nearest metro station is on the M2 line.
We would like to cook with you, what should I do?
First fill in the details under 'Request a quote' and send it to us. If the team is happy with our quote, please let our team know by email or phone.
We will then send you a detailed order form, asking you to provide the billing details for the advance invoice. We can finalise the date when we receive your advance invoice.
